Do we have your interest yet? If so we currently have openings in ourÌýSupply Chain DepartmentÌýfor aÌýMaterial Handler.ÌýThe opening is on our First shift. This position will report to the Supply Chain Supervisor and will be responsible forÌýunloading product deliveries, staging product based on company needs and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

    • Utilizes forklift the majority of the day.
    • Receives in raw material ingredients (includes DRP’s from other locations). Verifies that paper work from supplier matches drums/bins/pails. Verifies supplier is on corporate approved spreadsheet. Tags and enters information in to QAD.
    • Stage and scan raw materials for DRP’s to other locations.
    • Maintain accurate inventory.ÌýÌýThis includes: expiration dates, storage locations, and handling/storing sensitive ingredients.
    • Organize coolers and freezers to support FIFO and daily counting.
    • Maintain row and bin integrity, rotating product, so the oldest and partials are used first.
    • Sampling concentrates upon arrival and ensuring a sample is taken from each LPC lot.ÌýÌýDeliver samples to QC in a timely manner.
 
Experience & Skills

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent withÌýSIXÌýmonths of manufacturing experience.ÌýWe will train the right person!
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Career Readiness Certificate preferred
  • Ability to make good, sound, analytical decisions
  • Minimum of one year’s experience driving forklifts
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
